Une petite balade facile, avec encore le paysage magnifique des Andes et \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e une cascade de 70 m de haut. Il y en a deux autres un peu plus haut mais plus difficile d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s, nous n&rsquo;avons pas tent\u00e9 l&rsquo;aventure&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En redescendant, un petit restaurant sur la route nous a servi du poulet et cochon d&rsquo;inde (cuy) grill\u00e9 au feu de bois. Nous avons donc test\u00e9 notre premier cuy accompagn\u00e9 de riz, patates et d&rsquo;une boisson \u00e0 base d&rsquo;une plante qui pousse partout (m\u00eame en France, non ?) qui ressemble
